Job summary

Seiler Geospatial is seeking an entry-level Territory Development Associate to grow our presence across Michigan. You’ll be the friendly first impression, connecting with surveyors, engineers, and contractors, and supporting our expert sales team.

This role offers mentorship from senior sales leaders and exposure to Trimble solutions, making it a strong launchpad into sales, geospatial tech, or account management. Travel within Michigan is expected.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong people skills.
• Good communicator and organized multitasker.
• Comfortable with technology (CRM/Salesforce training provided).
• Willingness to travel regularly in Michigan (overnight may be required).
• Nice to have familiarity with surveying, engineering, or construction fields.

Responsibilities

• Visit current and potential clients across Territories—dropping off catalogs, swag while fostering new and reinforcing current client relationships.
• Identify new leads and connect them with our sales team.
• Partner with sales and marketing to support trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Help with event setup, giveaways, and engaging attendees.
• Keep the territory organized by maintaining contacts and leads in Salesforce.
