Job summary

Seiler Geospatial in Michigan is seeking an entry-level Territory Development Associate to grow our presence across the state. You’ll be the friendly first impression, connecting with surveyors, engineers, and contractors, sharing our brand, and opening doors for our sales team.

This role offers mentorship from senior sales leaders, exposure to Trimble solutions, and a clear path into sales, geospatial technology, or account management within a dynamic industry.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and positive personality with strong people skills.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce; training provided.
• Willingness to travel regularly in Michigan, some overnight.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients across Territories, drop off catalogs and swag, nurture relationships.
• Identify new leads and connect with the sales team.
• Support trade shows, conferences, and events with marketing.
• Assist with event setup and attendee engagement.
• Maintain organized territory data in Salesforce.

Responsibilities include:

• Visit current and potential clients across Territories—dropping off catalogs, swag while fostering new and reinforcing current client relationships..(All travel associated with this role will be supported by the company)
• Identify new leads and connect them with our sales team.
• Partner with sales and marketing to support trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Help with event setup, giveaways, and engaging attendees.
• Keep the territory organized by maintaining contacts and leads in Salesforce.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills.
• Good communicator and organized multitasker.
• Comfortable with technology (CRM/Salesforce a plus, but we’ll train the candidate as well).
• Willingness to travel regularly in Michigan (some overnight).
• Nice to have: familiarity with surveying, engineering, or related construction fields.
