Seiler Geospatial in Iowa is seeking an entry‑level Territory Development Associate to grow our presence across the state. You’ll be the friendly first impression of Seiler—connecting with surveyors, engineers, and contractors, sharing our brand, and opening doors for our expert sales team.

This role is a launchpad into sales and geospatial technology, with mentorship from senior sales leaders and exposure to cutting‑edge Trimble solutions.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills.
• Good communicator and organized multitasker.
• Comfortable with technology; Salesforce CRM training provided.
• Willingness to travel regularly (overnight).
• Nice to have familiarity with surveying, engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Visit current and potential clients across Territories—dropping off catalogs and swag while fostering relationships.
• Identify new leads and connect them with our sales team.
• Partner with sales and marketing to support trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Help with event setup, giveaways, and engaging attendees.
• Keep the territory organized by maintaining contacts and leads in Salesforce.
