Job summary

Jani-King International is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to create new client opportunities and grow revenue across assigned markets. You will cold call, canvass territories, network, and visit prospective clients to introduce Jani-King’s cleaning services and secure qualified appointments for our sales team.

This role combines in-office planning with extensive field outreach, requiring strong relationship-building, excellent communication, and disciplined territory

Qualifications

Experience in sales, business development or prospecting roles.
Proven ability to meet activity goals and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

Create and develop new client opportunities through cold calling, territory canvassing, networking, and in-person visits.
Introduce Jani-King's services to local businesses and schedule qualified appointments for sales executives.
Plan daily prospecting routes and manage assigned market territory.
Represent Jani-King at local events and networking venues to expand brand visibility.
Document outreach activities and progress in the CRM and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
