Job summary

Jani-King International, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in assigned markets across the United States, including Tulsa, OK.

This field-based role focuses on identifying opportunities, cold calling, territory canvassing, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. You will build relationships with local businesses, represent the brand at events, and help expand Jani-King's presence in multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development or prospecting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet activity goals in a performance-based environment.
• Confident, professional communicator who can engage business decision-makers.
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to targeted businesses via cold calls, visits, and networking events.
• Identify opportunities by asking discovery questions and presenting services.
• Plan daily routes to maximize territory coverage and develop market.
• Schedule qualified meetings for sales executives and document details in CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships to nurture long-term opportunities.
