Jani-King International, Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to build relationships, open doors, and drive growth across designated markets.

This field-based role focuses on identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. You will prospect through cold calls, territory canvassing, networking, and in-person visits, representing the brand at local events.

Qualificações

• Sales or prospecting experience in sales or business development is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet activity goals in a performance-based environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage business decision-makers.
• Self-starter, organized, and able to work independently in the field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation for local travel within your territory.

Responsabilidades

• High-volume prospecting through calls, visits, and networking to generate opportunities.
• Engage decision-makers and identify opportunities where solutions add value.
• Plan daily routes, maximize market coverage, and develop assigned territory.
• Represent Jani-King at local events to expand brand visibility.
• Schedule qualified appointments for sales executives; document insights in CRM.
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain an active sales pipeline.
