Job summary

Motion & Flow Control Products Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow and maintain our hydraulic and industrial product lines in California. You will identify customer needs, present actionable options, and drive sales within your territory.

You will service existing accounts, develop new ones, coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, and provide exceptional support to customers. A strong background in outside sales and solid communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent outside sales experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of related sales experience in industrial distribution recommended.
• Strong knowledge of sales practices, customer service, and account management desired.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to current and prospective customers within a territory and meet sales goals.
• Service and develop accounts; establish new accounts through direct sales activity.
• Coordinate with departments to support customer needs and order fulfillment.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, pricing information, and reports to management.
• Maintain accurate customer, account, and sales files and ensure timely follow-up.
