Job summary

MFCP (Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc.) seeks a Territory Sales Manager to build and maintain a customer base through direct sales initiatives and by developing positive relationships with clients and vendors.

The role requires at least 7 years in the fluid power/automation industry, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent sales experience), and a proven track record of delivering 110%–120% YoY growth. 30% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in fluid power/automation sales or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; sales experience may substitute.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and expanding market share.
• Strong communication, organization and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
• Sell products to current and new accounts and develop target accounts.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel up to 30% to meet clients and attend training and manufacturer meetings.
