Responsibilities

• Leads a team of outside account representatives within a defined geography to promote and sell products and services.
• Analyzes the sales pipeline to maintain opportunities and achieve sales goals.
• Develops and implements an annual business plan to support quota and market share growth.
• Owns prospecting strategy, forecasting, funnel development, and territory development from prospecting to close.
• Ensures high-level customer service, onsite technical assistance, and issue resolution related to delivery and troubleshooting.
• Maintains consultative relationships with key buying influencers across accounts.
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, and training direct reports and evaluating performance.
