Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales-related experience.
• Strong computer skills and experience with CRM—Dynamics preferred.
• Industry experience in flooring or interiors preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Commercial flooring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify profitable sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop strategic territory plans and travel daily to call on customers.
• Maintain CRM with accurate customer and project data.
• Collaborate with architects, designers and contractors to select products.
• Manage expenses within travel budget and submit reports.
• Build strong dealer relationships to drive discretionary business.
• Translate company strategy into a territory marketing plan.
