Mannington Mills, Inc in Houston is seeking a results-driven sales professional to cover an assigned territory within the commercial flooring market. You will identify profitable sales opportunities, build relationships with architects, designers and contractors, and translate market pricing into actionable plans.

The role requires daily travel, CRM proficiency (Salesforce.com), strong communication and presentation skills, and a track record of meeting sales forecasts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales related experience required.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and experience with CRM – Dynamics is preferred.
• Industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Commercial flooring experience preferred, or commercial interiors or finishes.

Responsabilidades

• Continual identification of profitable sales opportunities and maintain responsiveness to customer needs.
• Understand the product line and the application each product serves.
• Formulate a strategic plan to forecast sales revenue in the assigned territory.
• Travel daily throughout the assigned area to call on customers and prospect new ones.
• Manage customer relationships through CRM (e.g. Salesforce.com) and update data promptly.
• Develop pricing and proposals, and coordinate with dealers and contractors.
• Review orders to ensure shipments meet client requirements and budgets.
