Job summary

Mannington Mills, Inc. is seeking an energetic Outside Sales professional to expand our residential hard surface and commercial flooring footprint. You will cultivate relationships with current and prospective customers, deliver product knowledge presentations, and drive revenue in a focused territory.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of outside sales experience, a proven quota attainment record, and a strong grasp of CRM-based forecasting. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years outside sales experience with a proven track record of performance.
• Experience utilizing a consultative sales process.
• Experience utilizing CRM to manage and forecast sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
• Conducts product knowledge presentations to drive sales with retail and flooring contractor ownership and their front-end sales teams.
• Analyzes the territory market potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers.
• Maintains an active sales pipeline and regularly tracks account performance to commitments.
• Travel and conducts regular account sales business review meetings with targeted accounts.
