Job summary

Mannington Mills, Inc. is seeking a driven Mannington Associate to expand our residential and commercial flooring footprint in Georgia.

The role focuses on consultative selling, building long-term relationships, and consistently exceeding sales quotas through data-driven insights and CRM discipline. You will collaborate with marketing, logistics and technical service teams, manage a portfolio of 75+ accounts, travel within the territory, and participate in trade shows to promote Mannington

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field.
Minimum two years outside sales experience with a proven track record.
Experience using a consultative sales process and CRM to forecast opportunities.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
Leads consultative sales process to identify customer needs and close deals.
Maintains a robust sales pipeline and CRM records.
Travels within the territory to meet with clients and participate in trade shows and events.
