You will identify profitable opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to meet design, budget, and schedule goals. The role requires daily travel, CRM usage (Salesforce), and translating market data into regional plans.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales related experience required.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and experience with CRM - Dynamics is preferred
• Industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercial flooring experience preferred, or commercial interiors or finishes.

Aufgaben

• Identify profitable sales opportunities and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Understand the product line and its applications.
• Formulate a strategic plan to forecast sales revenue in the assigned territory.
• Travel daily throughout the assigned area to call on customers and prospects.
• Maintain CRM with all pertinent customer/project/product/pricing data.
