Mannington Mills, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to grow our flooring business within a defined territory.

You will establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers, deliver product knowledge presentations, and coordinate sales efforts with marketing, management, logistics and technical service teams. The ideal candidate has a proven outside sales track record, CRM experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field.
• Minimum two years outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience utilizing a consultative sales process and CRM to forecast opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Establishes, develops, and maintains relationships with current and prospective customers in the territory for Mannington product categories.
• Conducts product knowledge presentations to drive sales with retailers and flooring contractors.
• Utilizes CRM to manage sales pipeline and track performance; travel as required.
