Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking self-driven sales professionals to plan and carry out activities on assigned accounts within a territory. You will develop relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers and pursue opportunities with a “Help First” approach to support departments in improving safety and efficiency.

All positions are 1099 independent contractor roles with pay based entirely on commissions and potential profits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire service equipment and tools.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.
• Strong customer service knowledge.
• Understanding of basic business principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present proposals of company products and services.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, electronically or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity.
• Monitor and report on sales activities to management.
• Participate in sales events and training.
