Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking driven sales professionals to lead the full sales cycle in designated territory. You will plan strategies, call on fire service departments, present products, and close deals while delivering excellent service and building trust.

As 1099 independent contractors, you control your territory with commission-based pay and unlimited earning potential. Prior firefighting knowledge is advantageous to understand client needs and products.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to fire/EMS departments is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Must understand customer service principles and deliver results.
• Knowledge of basic business principles and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity to cover assigned accounts.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present company products/services to clients.
• Develop sales proposals and responses to inquiries.
• Follow up on sales activity to close deals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships.
• Monitor and report on sales activities to management.
• Participate in sales events and training to stay current.
