Allegiant Business Group in Texas is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer for a full-time B2B direct sales role. You will meet with local business owners and employees, present supplemental insurance options, and start building a productive book of business while mentoring newer agents.

This position blends field sales with leadership development, offering flexible territory management, structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and advancement opportunities from senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience and a track record of mentoring others.
• Strong in-person communication and relationship building.
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable with local travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
