Job summary

Amtraco, Inc. is hiring a Field Services Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia to service racking customers by maintaining and developing sales within your defined territory. This role requires excellent communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a clean driving record.

The specialist will be responsible for sales calls, customer needs assessments, and logistics management. The position offers a mix of base salary and commissions, along with extensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 3+ years preferred in route sales and/or customer service.
• A clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls in your territory, maintaining existing customers.
• Review needs of customers for products requiring rework or repair.
• Pick up and drop off racks within your territory.
• Act as the face of the company bridging sales and customer service.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, and engineering.
