Amtraco, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a Field Services Specialist who will support and service our racking customers. This role involves making sales calls to existing clients while also working to secure new business within your territory.

The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and will be responsible for maintaining relationships, as well as taking care of product needs regarding rework or repair.

This position offers a base salary plus commissions, various benefits, and the opportunity for career advancement.

Competenze

• 3 years preferred in route sales and/or customer service.
• A clean driving record is essential.

Mansioni

• Make sales calls in your territory to maintain and earn new customers.
• Review customer needs for rework, repair, or new projects.
• Pick up and drop off racks within the territory.
• Act as the face of the company, bridging sales and customer service.
