Job summary

Amtraco, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Specialist to drive sales within a defined Atlanta territory. You will visit existing customers, pursue new business, and coordinate with sales, manufacturing, and engineering to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a valid driving record, and a can-do attitude toward growth, with base pay plus commissions and performance bonuses. You will lift and move racks as required and act as the face of the company in the field.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• 3 years experience in route sales or customer service.
• A clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls in your territory, maintaining existing customers and earning new business.
• Review customer needs and identify products requiring rework or new quotations.
• Pick up and drop off racks within your territory.
• Act as the face of the company and bridge sales with customer service.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, manufacturing and engineering.
• Report to the sales representative within your defined territory.
• Role requires excellent communication, mechanical aptitude, driving, and a focus on growth and customer service.
