Job summary

Amtraco, Inc. is seeking a motivated professional to support customers across Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota. You will maintain inventories, process orders, resolve inquiries, and provide ongoing support while representing the company on the road.

Position compensation includes base pay, monthly commission, and quarterly bonuses. The role requires travel within the designated region and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled inventories for existing customers and obtain purchase orders.
• Organize, label, and cycle inventory in customer storage areas.
• Respond to questions about products, pricing, availability, and use.
• Process incoming orders for your territory and upsell when possible.
• Work with outside sales to understand needs and prepare samples.
• Investigate and help resolve product claims and complaints; suggest corrective actions.
