Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in Casper, WY, is hiring a Sales Specialist to manage accounts and grow volume for Coca-Cola and allied brands. You will be the primary contact for customers in your territory, build relationships, present product solutions, and ensure outstanding service while meeting sales goals.

This role requires a valid Class A CDL when required, strong communication, organization, and the ability to travel up to 10% for training and meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of sales experience; food/beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to learn Microsoft Office and Margin Minder.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country as a professional salesperson.
• Execute and close sales calls for assigned routes.
• Maintain inventory levels and merchandising standards at accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and marketing objectives in all territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with accounts and provide data-driven reviews.
• Communicate account activity within the company.
