Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High country is seeking a Sales Specialist to serve as the primary Coca-Cola contact with customers in the designated territory. You will develop and manage accounts, maximize sales, and grow volume of Coca-Cola and allied brands while delivering superior service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in sales (food/bev preferred), and a valid driver's license; Class A CDL is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years sales experience in food and beverage preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and may require Class A CDL.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned accounts to maximize Coca-Cola and brand volume.
• Execute and close all sales calls for the route.
• Maintain inventory levels and POS; ensure merchandising standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and marketing objectives.
• Build relationships with accounts and present sales data.
• Coordinate with merchandisers to ensure service quality.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and maintain equipment.
• Ensure neat appearance of products in accounts.
