Altitude Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to serve small and medium-sized businesses in your designated territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers, deliver engaging presentations, and promote our supplemental insurance products to employees.

The role rewards independence with your own schedule, while providing field training, ongoing professional development, and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Background in sales is a plus, but people skills and drive are key.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing to obtain) is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Outside sales in assigned territory with in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present products and services to clients and employees; build a book of business.
• Set follow-up appointments, balance cold and warm leads, and hit monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Manage own schedule and report sales metrics daily to the manager.
