Altitude Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to engage directly with small to mid-sized businesses in your territory. You will deliver engaging presentations and promote supplemental insurance products, with control over your schedule and a performance-driven culture.

You'll call on business owners, benefits managers, and employees, building lasting relationships while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in your territory to present supplemental insurance products.
• Set follow-up appointments and manage a book of business.
• Provide on-site or in-person presentations to employee groups as needed.
• Maintain activity logs and sales metrics daily.
• Collaborate with team and manager to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
