Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to travel within your assigned territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products. You will build relationships, manage your own schedule, and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

You should be self-motivated with a proven sales mindset, capable of overcoming objections, and committed to a full-time schedule. Licensing Health & Life is required or obtainable with reimbursement offered.

Qualifications

• Background in sales is preferred but not required.
• Willing to commit to a full-time 40-hour work week.
• Licensed Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your own territory; meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.
• Call on new and existing clients, set follow-up appointments, and present supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business; manage monthly and quarterly targets with your sales manager.
