Altitude Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to engage with business owners and managers in your territory, presenting supplemental insurance products and services. You will develop relationships, set appointments, and drive sales in a dynamic, field-based role.

You’ll manage your own schedule, travel to client sites, and collaborate with a supportive team while focusing on growth and customer service. Prior sales success and a genuine passion for helping others are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or eligible for licensing reimbursement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to overcome objections and handle rejection.
• Willing to work a full-time schedule (40 hours) in the field.

Responsabilités

• Call on small to medium-sized businesses within territory and deliver product presentations.
• Build and maintain a book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Set follow-up appointments and coordinate with sales team and manager.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
