Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to actively engage business owners and decision-makers in a defined territory. You will travel to local businesses, present our supplemental insurance products, and build lasting client relationships.

You will manage your own schedule in a full-time role, call on new and existing clients, and drive monthly and quarterly targets with training and earning opportunities through commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Background in sales is a plus, but passion for helping others matters.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Face of the company, meeting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Deliver presentations and promote supplemental insurance products.
• Set follow-up appointments and build your own book of business.
• Maintain weekly hours and report sales metrics daily.
