Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license if not already licensed.
• Proven track record in outside sales preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.

• Travel within assigned territory to meet with business owners and decision-makers.
• Deliver engaging presentations on supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain your own book of business with a focus on growth.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the sales team manager.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and benefits managers.
