Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking a Direct Sales Consultant to meet with business owners, present supplemental insurance products, and build lasting client relationships. You will manage your own schedule, pursue local opportunities, and drive sales with support from a team-focused environment.

You should be a driven, independent worker who thrives in a field-based role. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience is preferred, with licensing reimbursement available for Health & Life lines.

Qualifications

• Outside sales mindset and ability to call on business owners.
• Strong communication to present supplemental insurance products.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and managers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them weekly.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
