W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Field Account Representative to cover Louisville, KY to Seymour, IN and surrounding areas. This field role involves 85 active customers, with a $2 million portfolio, requiring frequent on-site customer visits Monday through Friday.

You will build territory plans, grow accounts, and demonstrate Grainger’s value proposition through in-person meetings, product knowledge, and strong relationship skills. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Willingness to travel with occasional overnights.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Create a territory plan that assesses and prioritizes customer needs while achieving or exceeding performance targets aligned with sales strategies.
• Build and execute account plans focused on growing all customers through building relationships, increasing number of contacts, and demonstrating features and benefits of Grainger’s products and services.
• Leverage technology and resources to plan for and deliver relevant, timely and valuable customer meetings that build trust and grow sales.
• Maintain an active, robust pipeline, negotiate to drive sales balancing customer satisfaction with profitability.
• Utilize CRM to prioritize leads, manage opportunities, and document account interactions for timely follow-ups and closures.
• Expand customer contacts to strengthen relationships and uncover additional opportunities.
• Use various channels to proactively increase sales and provide real-time solutions to customer needs.
