Job summary

Grainger, a leading MRO distributor, is seeking a Field Account Representative to manage a portfolio of customers across a defined geography. You will spend most time on site at customer locations, building relationships and promoting Grainger’s value proposition.

The role emphasizes territory planning, pipeline management, and effective use of CRM tools to close deals and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with B2B or field sales preferred.
• Ability to travel and overnight occasionally.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Create territory plans to meet targets and align with sales strategies.
• Build account plans to grow customers and increase contacts.
• Leverage resources to deliver timely, valuable customer meetings.
