Allegiant Business Group seeks an enthusiastic, entry-level Sales Representative for local territory, face-to-face interactions with business owners and employees. This independent contractor role offers flexibility, a training path, and a commission-based pay model to build a personal book of business.

You’ll learn the sales playbook, gain licensing support, and work with a mentor to reach weekly and monthly goals while enjoying ongoing coaching and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Life & Health license within 90 days.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Local territory; in-person sales emphasis.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments with decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and assist with follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity and leads in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals and build your own book of business.
• Set weekly and monthly goals with your mentor and manager.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
