Job summary

Quincaillerie Richelieu Ltée/Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our local business region in the United States, including Ohio. You will manage relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers and woodworkers, conducting consultative sales discussions both in person and virtually to help customers grow their businesses.

The role requires self-motivation, CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel the field three to four days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably outside sales in building materials or construction industries.
• Ability to learn quickly and provide customer solutions with a drive to grow sales.
• Proficiency with CRM systems to track activity and manage calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities with cabinet and furniture manufacturers and woodworkers in the territory.
• Engage in structured consultative sales discussions in person and virtually to advise customers.
• Travel within the territory three to four days per week and maintain CRM records.
