Richelieu Hardware Ltd. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our local business region, engaging cabinet and furniture manufacturers, woodworkers, and retailers.

You will drive structured consultative sales discussions, in person and virtually, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers. This field role requires motivation, knowledge of building materials, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, ideally outside sales in building materials or construction.
• Driven to achieve sales growth with solutions for customers.
• Familiarity with building materials, cabinets, closets, millwork.
• Proficient in CRM and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall relationship and day-to-day sales activities toward cabinet and furniture manufacturers, and residential and commercial woodworkers in the territory.
• Engage in structured consultative sales discussions, in-person and virtual, and act as a business advisor to customers.
