Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltée is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow the local business region by managing relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers, woodworkers, and retailers in the Hanover area. You will engage in consultative sales discussions, both in person and virtually, and serve as a trusted business advisor to customers.

The role requires previous outside sales experience in building materials or related industries, the ability to work in the field 3–4 days per week,

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, ideally outside sales in building materials or related industries.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and drive sales growth.
• Able to learn and use CRM to track activity and plan calls.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks.
• Own reliable transportation and regular field visits to customers (3–4 days/week).
• Willingness to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
