Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow business in the Charlotte sales territory. You will manage relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers, woodworkers, and retailers, conducting in-person and virtual consultative sales discussions.

Candidate must live in the territory and be willing to travel frequently, with strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills. Competitive salary plus commissions and a full benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales within building materials or construction industries.
• Proven ability to grow new and existing accounts.
• Comfort with consultative, relationship-driven selling.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities and customer relationships in territory.
• Engage in consultative sales discussions in person and virtually.
• Travel to customers in field 3–4 days per week; act as business advisor.
