Job summary

Black Box Safety, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to open and grow sworn law-enforcement accounts across Southern California. You will spend about four days in the field, visiting stations, armories, training facilities, and academies, while building a territory plan and managing quotes.

The role emphasizes new-account acquisition, contract-vehicle alignment on quotes, and CRM-documented progress, with OTE potential based on uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Outside B2B sales in a territory you ran yourself.
• Experience opening new accounts that bought again.
• Comfort presenting product to a group.
• Willingness to travel four days a week with customers.

Responsibilities

• Call on assigned and prospective law-enforcement accounts and grow revenue from them.
• Build and run a territory plan: call routes, account priorities, and a forecast you can defend.
• Put the right contract vehicle on every quote. Inside support handles the paperwork.
• Keep contacts, opportunities, and next actions in Dynamics 365.
• Represent the company at range days, association meetings, and trade shows.
• Bring back field intel: who else is quoting, what is budgeted, which grants landed, what renews.
