Job summary

Amwear-USA is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to build relationships in the law enforcement and public safety sector. The role focuses on growing a defined territory through direct client visits, product demos, and strategic partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of B2B or outside sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside/B2B sales, territory sales, or account management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, distributors, and business clients.
• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory.
• Conduct in-person client visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Follow up on quotes, customer needs, and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Maintain CRM activity, sales reports, and pipeline management.
• Travel within assigned territory as needed.
