Safariland is seeking a results-oriented Territory Sales professional for North Texas to grow our law enforcement equipment footprint across body armor, helmets, and holsters. You will drive revenue, manage the sales pipeline, and partner with distributors to close agency opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in field sales, strong communication, and the ability to navigate agency procurement cycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sales or related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of distributor networks and bid processes.
• Ability to lead teams and work with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory revenue goals and manage sales pipeline.
• Develop strategic plans for penetrating key agency customers.
• Train distributor personnel to sell Safariland products to agencies.
• Partner with distributors to uncover, pursue, and close opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive projects to completion.
