Altitude Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a fast‑paced territory in Denham Springs, LA. You will travel to local businesses, present supplemental insurance options, and build lasting client relationships.

In this full‑time role, you’ll manage your schedule, meet with decision‑makers, and drive growth through proactive outreach and skilled presentations. Commission‑based incentives and ongoing training are provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in outside sales.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license.
• Willing to work full-time (40 hours).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a territory.

Mansioni

• Sell supplemental insurance products to small and medium businesses.
• Present to business owners and decision-makers in-person.
• Build and maintain your own book of business across territory.
• Set follow-up appointments and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics daily and coordinate with manager.
