Altitude Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our Direct Sales team. You will travel within your territory to meet with business owners and decision-makers, delivering engaging presentations and showcasing our supplemental insurance products to employees.

You'll build lasting relationships, manage your own schedule, and earn through base pay plus commissions as you help clients secure financial security and peace of mind with our offerings.

Qualifikationen

• Outside sales experience is valued.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Call on small and medium businesses in your territory for face-to-face presentations.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries from clients and follow up on needs.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
