Altitude is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to hit the pavement, call on small and medium-sized businesses, and present Altitude's insurance solutions. You will work in your own territory, engaging business owners and decision-makers to drive sales from the field.

The role emphasizes teamwork and independence, with training, weekly draw pay, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement as you establish your book of business in a competitive environment.

Formación

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients to re-service.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Schedule follow-ups and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present insurance products.
