Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to work directly with business owners in your territory, delivering engaging presentations and offering supplemental insurance products. You will travel to clients, manage your own schedule, and develop a robust book of business.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to overcome objections, and eager to learn. A bachelor's degree or 4+ years in outside sales is preferred, with licensing reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.

• Build and maintain your own book of business and hit monthly targets.
• Set and report your weekly hours and sales metrics to your manager.
• Conduct face-to-face product presentations with groups of employees.
