Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in Louisiana. You will drive outbound outreach, engage business owners, and present supplemental insurance solutions in your territory.

You will manage your own schedule, receive training, and be empowered to build a book of business while hitting monthly and quarterly targets with support from a collaborative sales team.

Qualifications

• Natural communicator with ability to build rapport
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in outbound sales
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant outside sales experience

Responsibilities

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients
• Set follow-up appointments and review client needs
• Call on new businesses and referrals to generate opportunities
• Build and maintain your own book of business in your territory
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss targets and quotas
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily
