Altitude Development Group is seeking an energetic outside sales professional for a defined territory in the United States. You will meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products and build your own book of business.

We provide extensive training online and in-territory with a dedicated trainer. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with weekly draw pay, bonuses, and growth opportunities within a supportive, family-like culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in outside sales (or equivalent).
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Full-time availability (40 hours) and travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review needs.
• Develop relationships within your assigned territory with local businesses.
• Submit weekly hours and sales metrics to the manager; pursue monthly and quarterly targets.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients for resales or replacement needs.
