Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach and growth in your assigned territory. You will be calling on small and medium businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to present insurance solutions, and you will manage your own book of business with support and training provided.

The role emphasizes a proactive, fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement, bonuses, and ongoing development within a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of professional post-high school work experience in outside sales.
• Must already be licensed in Health & Life general lines or be willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium businesses, face-to-face with owners and decision-makers.
• Pitch insurance solutions to clients and employees; present to groups up to 50–100+.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business; manage territory autonomously.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily to management.
