Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional to serve schools, clubs, and community programs in the Marietta, OH area. You will drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to post-sale service in a hybrid role.

The position requires 2-5 days of travel within the territory, evenings/weekends as needed, and building strong relationships with coaches. A 3+ years of B2B outside sales or coaching background and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) OR coaching/sports background.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience but a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative, best-in-class service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads to drive opportunities through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support prospecting, account management and activity tracking.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within existing accounts.
