BSN SPORTS is seeking a Field Sales Professional to cover the Metro Atlanta territory in a hybrid role that blends home-office work with local travel to schools, clubs, and community programs. You will lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to account management in a dynamic sporting goods market.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B outside sales or relevant coaching background, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports background.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Qualify leads and drive opportunities through cold-calling and lead campaigns.
• Demonstrate resilience and persistence in face of rejection to convert challenges into sales.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking to support sales.
• Grow sales across all sports and levels within existing accounts.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities and plan travel accordingly.
